All shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange only if it has been at the customer's address for 14 days or less.
Contact us by telephone or e-mail to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA Number.
To receive an RMA Number, please e-mail us as much detail as possible. Product number, quantity, lot number, your contact information, as well as an invoice number (if applicable) would help us expedite the process.
Products that are not returnable include non-stock, custom-made items, which are modified at customer's request and/or are designed specifically for a customer's use.
We cannot accept returns of products that are contaminated with, or contain, infectious, radioactive, biological, chemical and/or other hazardous substances that might pose a risk to our employees.
When the return is not the result of our error, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or US$15.00, whichever is greater.
Use as much of the original and additional packing material as needed to pack the items securely. If applicable, return a completed RMA form with the item.
Please use a carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, that offers tracking, delivery notification and insurance. Remember to insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Until the package is signed and received by A-M Systems, the merchandise remains your property and your responsibility.
We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Shipments to us for return or warranty service must be prepaid. We, however, do not charge the customer any shipping cost after warranty service has been performed.
When products are damaged due to inadequate and/or improper packaging, the customer is invoiced for the damaged goods or the cost of the repair.
