VBMax™ 48 mm Pulmonary Function Test filters are direct replacements for Koko Moe filters and feature superior filtration efficiency. VBMax PFT filters exceed ATS/ERS standards for spirometry and are transluscent to allow clinicians to inspect the filters before use.
The 48 mm VBMax™ PFT filters are packaged individually with a disposable paper mouthpiece and come in cases of 100 filters.
VBMax 48 mm PFT filter replaces the following nSpire PFT filters for Koko spirometers.

Independent laboratory tests have verified that this pulmonary function filter is highly effective. VBMax™ consistently filters out more than 99.999% of bacteria and 99.99% of viruses. At the same time, VBMax™ easily surpasses published ATS recommendations for flow resistance in pulmonary function instrumentation, which suggest resistance should be below 1.5 cm H2O/L/sec at flow rates of 14 L/sec.
